I am here for Friends

About Me

I am complicated to the point of simplicity. My state of melancholy brings me joy. I go through the trouble of learning things with the full knowledge that I will just forget them later. I think the world revolves around me, and I have a low self-esteem. My words usually speak louder than my actions. I follow my brain, but I believe my heart. I am hyperactive in my laziness. I am rational in my neurosis. I am a paradox; a one-sided dichotomy. I am passionately indifferent. I am rarely genuine, and hate people that are counterfeit. I speak without thinking, and think without speaking. My life is the punch line to God’s greatest joke, and there is a reason the mold was broken after I was made. People are never disappointed with my propensity to let them down. All in all though, I suppose I’m not all that bad of a person to know. I make an excellent friend, but a horrible boyfriend. The most important thing to know about me is that I’m a novelty item. This is from an issue of Time Magazine: Unfortunately, those dopamine levels never seem to last more than a few weeks. Just giving you a heads up so you aren’t disappointed once the dopamine wears off (also letting you know now so I can have the enjoyment of saying “I told you so” later).

My Interests

www.subgenius.com www.venganza.org www.jkrishnamurti.org www.gutenberg.org http://goldennumber.net/

I'd like to meet:

I’d love to go back and meet me when I was younger so I could tell myself that I was too chubby. Or if I couldn't go back in time, I'd settle for meeting a llama wearing a hat.

Music:

I would need a stenographer in order to accomplish the task of listing music. I will just say this. I have over 700 records (that’s right, the big vinyl things), over 500 CDs and a little over 6,000 mp3s. I guess you could say that I’m a music whore.

Movies:

Love movies, but not so much at the theater. Prefer watching them at home, on the couch cuddled up in a blanket with some popcorn, diet Coke, and Sweedish Fish.

Television:

I prefer color to black and white.

Books:

I mostly read theology and philosophy. But I've got nothing against a good classic novel.

Heroes:

The two people that had a greater comprehension of unconditional love, trust, and respect than most people can even dream of. -- Something I will long for, yet never know.
