I DO NOT WANT TO MEET :

People who have pictures of guys showing off their abs and bodies in their Top 8. People who wait in ridiculous lines at places like Garden of Eden and anyone who owns & wears anything Von Dutch. Also anyone who lists Paris Hilton as their hero. I'm definitely not interested in people who are content with simply existing. I'm sorry if I sound like I'm pre-judging, but life is short and there are lots of cheesy people in LA that I'd love to never meet.

Cool people! People to go see concerts and interesting events with. People who want to fund movies and documentaries. People with passion - It could be about anything. People who aren't afraid to go after what they want. People who care more about what's on the inside more than on the outside.
I could go on forever with this. Growing up a teenager in South Florida you really had to search for good music (there were no radio stations like KCRW, Indie 103.1 or KROQ). I like music with energy and a groove. Newer Favs are: Eagles of Death Metal, Living Things, Interpol, She Wants Revenge, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Secret Machines. All Time Favs are: The Cure, Depeche Mode, Rolling Stones, Jane's Addiction, Bad Brains, INXS, Killing Joke, Ministry, NIN, The Beatles, Led Zepplin, U2, Bob Marley, The Clash, PIL, X, "Pre Bling-Bling" Hip Hop, Massive Attack, Thievery Corporation and most of KCRW's electronica music. There's way too many bands to list...
The Warriors, Goodfellas, Boogie Nights, Magnolia, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Swingers, everything by Tarantino, everything by John Hughes, The Big Liebowski, Rushmore, The Last American Virgin, Most of Mel Brooks' movies, Fight Club, Demystifying The Devil, Shawshank Redemption, Basketball Diaries and so many more. Lots of good documentaries too. Another topic I can go on forever with.
Not a big TV person. I do watch Seinfeld reruns and CNN. I'm usually watching DVD's...I find the internet much more interesting.
The Four Agreements and everything by Don Miguel Ruiz. Anything by Wayne Dyer (if everyone read their stuff the world would seriously be a better place). Audio books about spirituality and self improvement (anything uplifting) are great to listen to while hiking or just chilling out. I like biographies: Motley Crue's The Dirt, Marilyn Manson's The Long Hard Road out of Hell, and Anthony Kiedis's, Scar Tissue. Books on filmmaking, editing and screenwriting.
That's an easy one. My MOM! She's been through soooo much and is such an amazing person. Definitely my favorite person on the planet. And Myself!
