The label identifies and provides a platform for such award-winning artists as Erykah Badu, India.Arie and Chico Debarge. Kedar Entertainment artists have sold over 20 million albums globally and won more that 20 awards, including six (6) Grammy Awards.
KEDAR MANAGEMENT- Represents Recording Artists, Producers, Musicians and Songwriters. Our clients are proven hit-makers who share with Kedar Managment one defining characteristic, commitment to excellence. Kedar Management clients are directly responcible for over 30 million global album sales and include Dangelo, Joe, Vertical Hold (Angie Stone) and Rakim.
SONGS/TRIBES OF KEDAR & TENTS OF KEDAR is the music-publishing unit of the Keg. Through songs/Tribes of Kedar, we manage the rights in musical compositions for songwriters. Our Co-Publishing partners include Singer/Songwriters such as Erykah Badu and Chico Debarge, as well as Composer/Producers such as Gerald Issacs who has written hits for such superstars as Mary J. Blige.
KEDAR MARKETING AND CONSULTING works with many of the worlds leading coporations on develpoing music and lyfestyle marketing strategies. Our expertise is developing music-based marketing and communication strategies that effectively reach our clients targeted demographic. Kedar Marketings clients have included Martell Cognac, Levi's, Kraft Foods, Dodge and Absolute Vodka.
KEDAR PICTURES is our film and television production unit. Through Kedar Pictures we develope and produce independent feature length as well as television programming. We also produce music videos through Kedar Pictures.

Flash Back. 1995. The music industry was flat. Carbon copy artist were churning out formulaic hits. Behind the scenes, A Visionary, A Street-Wise Lawyer, Kedar Massenburg was orchestrating a movement. He signed two unknow acts to his label, Kedar Entertainment. Erykah Badu and Dangelo. Neo-Soul was born and a new generation of fans were cultivated.
Flash Forward. 2005. The Neo-Soul movement spawns of imitators. Once again the music industry is in dire need of resuscitation. After six-years stint in the top position at motown records, Massenburg rises to the challenge. Kedar Entertainment reopens its doors as an independent label. And discovers a new breed of artist, and this time its just pure soul.
Not content to keep all of his eggs in one basket, Massenburg expanded his reach into the fashion industry with the launch of SneakerLuxe, A, Couture sneaker line by famed jewler, Jacob Arabo AKA Jacob the Jeweler. Nieman Marcus carries the exclusive mens line with the women collection debuting in spring 2006. Kedar Entertainment also encompasses a managment arm and plans to develope television and film properties.
