BALLHOG!

6-9 piece string/horn band

About Me

Born of a bottle of Jim Beam around a table in Mt. Juliet, TN in 2001 and expanded to include horns and drums by mere process of evolution, Ballhog! brings to the world a 7-8 headed beast unlike any organization in their field. The band gracefully combines its three singer/songwriters with experienced musicianship to create a diverse sound that can only be classified as “original” music. Switching duties on both instruments and songwriting, the musicians of Ballhog have created a band whose roots spread from the Appalachian Mountains and juke joints of the south to mid-century 42nd St and beyond our nation's borders. Ballhog! recently celebrated the release of their first independently produced eponymous CD now available online at CDBaby.com Customyzed using myspace editor
