About Me

Grew up in Penngrove, CA, where I had a brief political career, coming in 2nd in the elementary school presidential race. My liberal policies, which included allowing the K-3 children to vote, did not go over well in the small, rural town. Plus my opponent had posters that misled the populous to believe that he was endorsed by The Simpsons. Later attented Petaluma High School & UCSD, where I was duped into believing that it would be easy to get rich once I had a degree. Because of this, I got two of them. Five years later, I don't know where my diploma or transcripts are (I think they're in my parents garage, in the same box as my 1987 Topps Baseball card set). I run a rap label, and spend the daytime trying to follow the conversations of insanely smart software developers.
I spend way too much time at the bar for someone who is not an alcoholic, and then feel guilty that I sleep in so much and no longer do any physical activity. I feel that I've passed my prime in all athletics, but I would like to coach a little league team soon. I would like to go to the beach, but am self conscious that I'm always the whitest person there, due to the fact that I never go. I would like to do more of the activities that my parents dragged me through when I was younger; i.e. day trips, hiking, art shows, garlic festivals, etc. When I can't muster up any enthusiasm for these activities, I return to the bar.
I compiled a CD of spectacular soul music as part of the Red Radio Series. Ghostface has a copy. If you do not have it yet, your life is not as fulfilled as it could be. You can order it from gradschoolmusic.com (or get it from Streetlight Records in Santa Cruz), or ask me about it personally. It looks like this:
I also have a mixtape called "Wine, Women, & Song," which features me, Mr. Sayre, Rob Rush, Ashkon, Richie Cunning, Cumulus, Coley Cole, and DJ Lankston. Production is handled by Kanye West, Timbaland, Just Blaze, Dr. Dre, and my friends. You can get it at our website: www.gradschoolmusic.com

The humiliation of changing my profile off "athletic"

I realized that I could no longer make this claim.  I had to switch to "Slim/Slender."  On a positive note, I did go running the other day.  On a negative note, I did something bad to t...

I used to be good at golf...

My profile says that I am "past my prime in all athletics."  A case in point is golf, where I once led my high school team in scoring for 3 years in a row, and briefly played collegiately.  ...

Plea to the Garbage Trucks...

Please do not come so early... Please do not take 2 hours to go down my street... I suspect that you are made of some type of hybrid-metal that allows you to be roughly as loud as a spaceshi...
