About Me
Established in 1990, the Northern Warehouse Artists' Cooperative (NWAC) is located in the Lowertown district of downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota, near the Saint Paul Farmers' Market and the banks of the Mississippi.The NWAC is a cooperative living community of 52 artist households. Because the NWAC is a cooperative, its members are responsible for running the NWAC through active involvement in committees as well as a Board of Directors.This community exists to allow artists to live where they work, and to assist current and past NWAC members with the production, promotion and sale of their art.
