Right now our nation is waging a war that is costing us thousands of lives. We are under the rule of a president that has lied to us about why we are at war. He has led us to believe that we are fighting to liberate the citzens of Iraq. At first we were led to believe that there was weapons of mas destruction. When no such weapons could be produced, Bush recanted this by telling us that we were there to liberate the people of Iraq. Our president and his vice president are forgetting to tell us that they both have a great interest in oil. Bush through his various oil ventures over the years and Cheney through Haliburton both stand to make a huge profit in waging this war.
The reason for starting this myspace page is to inform people of what it is that our president is doing and how he is hurting people all over the world. My intent is to inform, inspire, and to insite change. I am hoping that this page will help to get many people interested in politics. It is a civic and moral obligation to be involved in the political process. Please Get involved. Have a say, and have a voice. Its your country and your future!
