About Me

It's good to be back knee-deep in music again after battling cancer for the last two years. It will take a while for the fingers to be convinced they once knew the feel of a guitar neck or keyboard, but it will happen with patience. I'll post new music as it gets completed (with Cubase-on-Computer this time-wish me luck!) Thank you to all who have sent me hope and praise! It will help the rejuvination. Randy Michael

Band Members: Just me and my Fender Strat, Taylor 414CE, Peavey 5-string bass, Roland XP-30 keyboard, Roland Pro-V drum set, and various sundries, all recorded on my Roland VS1680 (maniacally minus any quantizing or mastering). I added a couple of tunes from the 2000 CD "2 By Two", a collaboration with my friend Chuck Mackenzie, who does the vocals on "From Now On".
Influences: All of the wonderfully talented people on my friends list!...as well as...Michael Stearns, Steve Roach, Chet Atkins, Brian Wilson (Pet Sounds), Emmitt Rhodes, early Paul McCartney, Laurie Z, Enya, Liz Story, George Winston, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zepplin, Willy Porter, and Leo Kottke, of course.
