How the particle horizon changes with time depends on the nature of the expansion of the universe. If the expansion has appropriate characteristics, there are parts of the universe that will never be observable, no matter how long the observer waits for light from those regions to arrive.

DMV yeah you know me...

I am on the phone with the DMV "customer service help line" which I've never had to dial less then 5 times to get a not busy signal. The lady on the other end is alternating between HUMMING AND SIGHIN...
