REPEAT OFFENDER was founded in 1999 in Salt Lake City, UT with members of The Scurge, Wovaka and the classic assholes. Drummers have changed with the times including filthy Rich basterd from Aus Rotten and most recently Nate from The Combatants. We recorded our first studio album, Guilty As Charged, in November of 2004.
