MEAT is a metal driven band from sin deprived Salt Lake City. We constist of 4 power hitting musicians brought together from awsome musical backgrounds. MEAT formed in the spring of 2004 and is still going strong. To date we have 2 full length CD's available and 1 live compilation. Our first self titled CD contains 10 songs and our second CD "Take Three" contains 12 original songs. So here we are 2009 and MEAT is bigger and better than ever. We recently added a second guitar player to our line up, Jake Peterson, which has totally beefed up our sound. We plan to write a ton of new material with Jake this year and hope his influence will make for the best MEAT ever. Also in 2009 we are pushing a new campain for our fans called the Metal Edge Assassin Team, there will be more info on that as the year goes on. Now that we've achieved 5 years successfully, hopefully we can give it another 5 or more. And as always if you haven't had a chance to experience the MEAT first hand you really should.
