We're both originally from Florida and have lived in Asheville, NC and now call Knoxville home.We're pretty laid back, thus our cartoon characters, and like to have fun. My Interests

We purchase small investment properties and rent to own them for 1 year. A portion of their monthly rent as well as their down payment goes towards their purchase at the end of the year. This helps someone who may not otherwise save to buy a house or be able to purchase a home any other way.
