Red SNoW IN STORES NOW!

About Me

In a day and age where music has become more about the commercial then the music.. One lone emcee has managed to break the rules of the so called "rap game". Mr. Freeze is your child's savior.Developing his musical talents through out the years, Freeze began his journey through hip-hop at age 11. Listening to everything from Onyx to House of Pain. He recalls being driven to those kind of artists because of their on stage performances. Certain artists inspired him early while watching The Arsenio Hall Show. It was this that taught him the art of performance.Hip-hop had taken over his mind so much, that school became more of a chore then a learning experience. Only relying on instinct and what was in his heart,Freeze dropped out of high school in the 9th grade and never went back. His mind from then on would become educated more on real life then books.Though he kept it sharp over the years, taking interest in the world economics and government conspiracy. He became fascinated mostly by the "unexplained". The things in life that people don't like to talk about.During this period he was the only kid on the block learning about spirits and ghost hunting on the weekends with his friends. He experienced many personal deaths in his life. Seeing his family members perish became a hard thing for his mind to grasp. though it was a lesson every person needs to learn. He coped with his inner-demons through many things. It was at this time that he became influenced by different styles of hip-hop. At 13 he discovered a raw underground fascination called "horrorcore rap". This genre of slept on rap music, became the push that inspired him to became an emcee.Bumping everything from Cage to The Notorious B.I.G,he crafted his skills while making music with his childhood friends. It was this time that Freeze became "Freeze" and formed the local CT rap group Code Orange. Along with his partners in rhyme he grew as an artist. Though he looks back on his days in a group as more of a "learning experience". He still gained a little bit of success. After a few years doing shows and bouncing around his musical intentions,Freeze went the solo route. It was during this period that he gained more experience in the game. He began doing shows with a few artists in CT on a regular bases. Opening for acts like Bizzy Bone and Kottonmouth Kingz along the way. Though full Mr. Freeze sets were more of a local thing at that time opposed to all over the country. He then began to craft what has now manifested into "Red SNoW".In February 27th 2007 Red SNoW hit stores nationwide on M.ercyC.ounts/LongRangeDistribution. After years of struggle and personal conflict,Freeze had finally accomplished one of his biggest dreams. The album was praised nationally and developed a cult following amongst hip hop heads every where. Still going strong the album continues to leave shelves frequently. Crafting his first solo album was life changing to this young emcee. He recognized his personal faults, sins, drama and depression as something to make good of. Writing about his real life experiences had connected positively in teens all over the world.Giving high school kids and even grown adults something to relate to.Though a battle emcee in heart,Freeze has become something much greater. Diving head first into issues of politics, anarchy, religion and horror. Only time will tell what is to be seen in the future from this genius of emotion. Never before have people been fed this raw of a sound. Often his style is praised for the diversity that he possesses through songs. Each track he releases is always different from the next. In this time we live that is often forgotten. Who knows if one day Freeze will get the respect and recognition that he truly deserves. Or if he'll ever ink that big deal in the future and be exposed to a larger market and fan base. But one thing is certain...HE GRABS YOUR ATTENTION!
