Any band between AOR and Speed Metal I dig...I am not just a rock'n'roll fan, because i can also listen to (and have a big collection) of other music styles ranging from Classical Music, Jazz, 60s Garage Rock, Celtic/Folk, Blues, to Pop (mostly 80s stuff, BILLY JOEL, U2, INXS, SIMPLE MINDS, FLEETWOOD MAC) and also some of the newer stuff from America like COHEED AND CAMBRIA, DISTURBED and a band called THE CLICK FIVE I even like (due to my liking for 80s poprock a la RICK SPRINGFIELD, THE OUTFIELD, MICHAEL MORALES) or FOUNTAINS OF WAYNE, ANBERLIN sounds like a great band, basically a very wide coverage of music I love as long as it rocks and is melodic...
a lot, cant mention them all, but if a movie features Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Sean Penn, Michael Douglas, Jack Nicholson it is a great movie, also Tarantino movies, also love 80s movies such as Back to the future, Ferris Bueller Day Off, Breakfast Club , all sorts of movies actually (also comedies with JACK BLACK and JIM CARREY), but i prefer thrillers and quality horror movies, my favourite movies from the past few years are The Game, Arlington Road, What lies beneath, Devil's Advocate, A simple plan, Final destination and Breakdown, on top of my head these are the 7 best movies from the past 5/6 years, this year i haven't seen many good ones (although Crash was a great one, finally a good thriller with a story line that beats every damn big Hollywood Blockbuster), i also very much like the animated movies like Toy story, Ice Age, Shrek, just been to Wallace and Gromit, that was nice, I also very much like Stephen King, but most of the time the book is better than the movie of course, although I love the movies of The Shining, The Stand, Christine, Carrie and also the Langoliers, The list is endless I guess, but you'll get the picture what i like
Charmed, Buffy, Angel, 24, Lost, Carnivale, any Sci-Fi TV series, 80s TV series and basically everything broadcasted on Discovery Channel, National Georgraphic Channel and Animal Planet, good music documentaries, catch the latest news from around the world and well thats it, i hate soap operas, reality tv shows. Still I dont watch much TV, rather listen, watch or even play music (I play guitar), but 24 I always watch, because that is by far the best TV series I have seen since V (anyone remember that???)...
if i had more time i would read books, but depending on what i read in my past, i should add stuff life catcher in the eye and any Stephen King book, thrillers are always worth reading (if i had the time!!!)
