Playing/writing/listening to music, learning new skills/trades and meeting the folks involved in them, laughing at your expense.
I don't trip on who is out there that I don't know. If I'm meant to meet them... I will. I just don't think that way. Maybe I need to work on the "Books:" section and get more ed-umicated, but my feeling is that there is only a slight difference between any of us, so I don't really wonder what makes (or made) famous or historic people tick, short of serial killers.

Art and Zen of Motorcycle Repair, Catcher in the Rye, emails written by any member of The East Bay Shitbirds, Drinking: A Love Affair, pulpy Michael Crichton stuff, a little James Michner never hurts. Like everyone else, I need to read more instead... of... surfing... myspace... Lerning is gud.
