San Francisco Bay Area Pumpkins Fans

Welcome to the Official San Francisco Smashing Pumpkins fan page! This page is dedicated to Pumpkins fans throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area (and Northern California) It's just starting to take shape, so stay tuned. I've seen Billy play twice in San Francisco. Once with Zwan in 2003 at the Warfield and on the Future Embrace tour in 2005 at the fabled Fillmore. Both nights were filled with magic and memories. I can hardly imagine what it will be like when the Smashing Pumpkins come to town!:)
As many of you know, the Smashing Pumpkins have reformed after calling it quits in 2000 (SP 2007 is Billy, Jimmy, Ginger , and Jeff) and are currently in the studio putting the final touches on the first CD of new Pumpkins songs in more than six years. We (and all the other city/country fan pages on MySpace — see the the official City roster on the Pumpkins homepage: www.myspace.com/smashingpumpkins.). Have your friends join the fan page in their are and tell them to call their local radio stations. Most stations don't know it yet, but 2007 is the Year of the Pumpkin! Please enlighten them as you request your favorite songs.

We're assembling a San Francisco Bay Area Smashing Pumpkins task force.If you'd like to get involved, please leave us a message and let us know what your skills and interests are.

Following the Pumpkin Queen's lead, we'd like to offer some of you the opportunity to design the San Francisco Page. You don't even have to be from the Bay Area — though that would be great. If you're interested, please drop us a note.
