AS WE DIE

The story of "AS WE DIE" begins officialy in autumn 2005 when the current vocalist/bass player Luca (then guitarist) and the former bassist Enrico decide to put their great passion for metal music into a concrete musical project; the two begin to sketch the first riff that will become, sooner, part of their first compositions. In january 2006 Denis (drummer) and Matteo (guitarist) join the project; they don't lack enthusiasm and passion but the band needs a last member to complete the group:the vocalist. Despite the innumerable searches, no-one is good for the band both for the voice and the personality; the negative results force Luca to make up his mind:be vocalist/guitarist; the result is surprising as unexpected. After months of silence, the four complete the first tracks and decide to call the band "Agony Anthem". In february 2007 the first demo, "The beginning of all", is recorded.However, day by day, the bassist Enrico loses his passion and motivation that, in october 2007, he is left by the band. But the guys begin immediatly to look for a new bassist:after useless search, Matteo finds Michele, an excellent guitarist, that join immediatly the band. Luca trust the new member at once so he leave the vocalist/guitarist role to be vocalist/bassist. The band is ready and decides to break it off with the past: in december 2007 "AS WE DIE" is born officialy; in march 2008 the first live exibitions increase the fame of As we die and allow the guys to get new dates with the best italian's underground scene bands...big news are coming...stay tuned...
