Kytel is the alias of 32 yr old Carl Graham, who is originally from Newcastle Upon Tyne, but has been living in Birmingham for the last Twelve years...It is here which he met up with local DJ/producer Tidal, who also had a vision of pushing the music further, and formed the Central Projection crew along with fellow DJ/producer's Roeg Du Casq & Jay Le Roc, and hosted a number of deep & progressive nights in Birmingham. After performing at some of these events Kytel became a Hotfoot resident (who are responsible for hosting the Progression Sessions in Birmingham) and got the chance to play at the Sessions in 2004 alongside the mighty LTJ Bukem.Kytel has also been a guest many times on Tidals weekly DnB show (New style Radio 98.7fm) which gave him the opportunity to air some of his earlier tracks, and got some positive feedback and support from some respected artists like: - Future Engineers, Blame, Pariah and Nookie to name a few. This led to three tracks being signed to Strictly Digital, one of which was featured on a studio mix by 'The Separatist' featuring the vocal talents of MC DRS which gained him some positive feedback.Kytel has tracks forthcoming on Advection Music, Covert Operations and Camino Blue Recordings.2008 - Watch this space...a
