"The more you drink the better we sound"

About Me

"...ELEPHANT DRIVER lies somewhere in the middle of the melodic virtues of pop and the hard core angst of alternative rock. And in between you find the distinctive styles of three very talented newcomers." by Janis Tate- www.IndieMusicExplosion.com These three first shared the stage as members of the horn section of the high school jazz ensemble. Matt (bass) and Eric (guitar) had been playing rock and roll together for several years before drummer Bob rounded out the line-up. Since then, they’ve developed their originial rock sound playing venues like Arlene Grocery, CBGB’s, Kenny's Castaway, Sin-e, The Baggott Inn, The C-Note and many others in the tri-state area. In 2001, e.d. released their first full-length cd independently, entitled 'URBANIZED'. Over the past 3 years they have released 2 other EP's, "Fly Away" and "Pop Star".
