About Me

"Imagine black metal, death metal, hardcore punk and rock and roll locked in a room together for a week with no cigarettes. The result would be a mix of chaos, brutality and a bad ass attitude.... all the things which you can expect to see at a hardcore show when these 3 east coast kids are on the bill. Blast beats, dischords, chaotic timings and breakdowns all in one song are things that come naturally to this insane outfit. For almost 4 years now guys have been making a statement in the Gisborne City Underground scene, never failing to deliver a mind blowing performance every single time they perform both locally and nationwide. They have isolated themselves as far as possible from the short lived trends and cheap scene politics which are sadly too often synonymous with the term 'Hardcore' today. Witness this madness live and you will have your opinion of NZ underground Metal changed forever. See ALIM playing shows during 2007
