"Nevermind Who You Thought I Was"

About Me

Born on September 4, 1987 in the heart of Los Angeles. LivinGood came out a baby named Louis Garcia. As a child known to be funny and creative, LivinGood was known at his elementary school (Franklin Ave. - Los Angeles, CA) for performing for his class and the rest of the school in various ways. He would sing and play the piano, but most importantly, he would rap. When LivinGood entered junior high (Our Mother of Good Counsel - Los Angeles, CA) He focused more on dancing, just to complete the package. During this time he was performing in music videos being directed by videographer Bryant Bohorquez. When LivinGood went into high school (Providence High School - Burbank, CA) he quickly gained the attention of his peers through his dancing. He would battle anyone that came his way, and at the same time he would choreograph performance/show pieces for his class to perform in front of the school and an outside audience as well. LivinGood’s endeavors in dance led into the proprietorship of GoodBoy Dance. Now run by his brother, Joseph “JG” Garcia. Even though dancing was a big part of LivinGood’s career in high school, the music never rested. LivinGood wrote a rap or a song at least once a day, everyday of school and every day he wasn’t in school. Once he felt confident enough to start performing his own music, LivinGood started to hit up the studios around Los Angeles and recorded his songs. With every song getting better than the last, LivinGood began to grow as an artists and also wanted to know everything about the business he was in. After obtaining the knowledge and the certifications, LivinGood opened up his own studio as well as his own personal home studio (The GoodBoy Music Recording Studios). LivinGood also grew as a song writer and did not only limit himself to only writing Rap/ Hip-Hop songs. He started writing a lot of R&B. LivinGood becoming an all around business man led to the proprietorship of GoodBoy Music as well. At 20 years of age, LivinGood has worked with, collaborated with, wrote for, and performed with such artists as Rahman Jamaal (The Beat, LaBrie Records), Camp Lo (Artista), D.I. (Notting Hill Music Group), Musically Challenged (Get Right Ent.) Alex Jacke, AV (The Knocks), B_Sunn (Produkt Records), The Knocks, and many more... LivinGood is currently underway in accepting a label offer, so the road does not end short for LivinGood...
