About Me

MYTHOLOGIC ENTERTAINMENT is a Bay Area based record label. It was started in 2004 by Zeus. It was originally a DJ company but it quickly evolved into a record label. You can read more about that in the blog "The Start of Mythologic Ent". Mythlogic Ent is composed of Zeus- Precident/Producer, Kidd Cruz- Production Assistant, David Nguyen- A&R Manager, and Tina Nguyen- PR Manager. Currently Mythologic Ent is in the process of releasing its first album "No Mercy". "No Mercy" is a compilation of different artist all bringing a different style to the project, it is going to be released in the Summer of 2007 . Currently Mythologic Ent has signed "Phase", who has three tracks on the "No Mercy" compilation. Phase is currently writing for his solo project and will begin recording early 2007, his solo album is expected to be out in the fall. There are talk with other artist about possible contract, but Mythologic Ent has not officially signed any others. In the summer of 2007, Mythologic Entertainment will spread its distribution into southern california. A possible summer tour is also in the works. Future project will be announced as soon they become official.

Influences: Zeus: Dr Dre is the biggest influence in me as producer. Even though the beats may not sound like anything Dre would put out, the way i mix the tracks and the way i structure my production is al most identical of that of Dre's and eminems. I try to do the buisness side of it like 50 cent does, because errone can hate as much as they want, but 50 is getting payd and thats all that counts. I love the way Hi-Teck, Timbaland, Sha Money, Kon Artist, Havoc, and Swissy's records sound like so when people tell me one of my records sounds like something they would do, thats when i know im doing shit right.
