The music you are hearing is a series of 2 minute samples of our 20 minute meditations. We designed them to help you to achieve health and peace through the use of music and sound. We try to bring many of the meditation benefits of the East to the western culture without requiring you to follow a specific path for religious reasons.
Each meditation is specific to an area of the body and organs, brainwaves, soundwaves, and vibrations of the earth, planets, chakras and other elements. We think you will find them fascinating and helpful. Enjoy the samples, then visit our website to learn about their specific healing function and experience many more meditations available at http://www.meditationdna.com
We created the following videos to provide another layer of meditation experience.
Meditation music on this site was developed by analysis of several of the modern techniques in use today and from ancient and traditional meditation forms. They may use frequencies found in traditional religious forms, such as the chakra tuning, or the science of brainwave entrainment.
These sounds are common to the human experience and may be freely used by anyone of any religious or cultural background, eastern or western. They carry no burden of attachment to a specific study. We use them in combination with various science and healing theories to enhance a specific healing or mental state.
The team developing these meditations are students of meditation and proponents of its many benefits, but are not presenting themselves as masters or gurus of any particular religion.
The MeditationDNA team has a certain mastery of sound techniques and musical depth that brings a different level of detail in these meditation tracks. This level of tonal meditation is only possible with a combination of advanced audio technique, a thorough knowledge of music theory, and highly developed vocal training.
In addition several team members are long term practical meditators who test and analyze each toning track to verify the effects and intentions of the meditation. Their meditation work continues to open new avenues for exploration of tones and soundscapes.
Each completed track is used by the team and volunteers in several meditation sessions to study its effects. The discoveries can be surprising. From time to time, information on their studies may be added to the comments about the meditation.
Solid positive feedback from clients using the meditations comes to us daily. Visit us at http://www.meditationdna.com. Be sure to let us know your results from using our meditations.
