First, let me tell you why I created this profile. I became interested in good eating habits as a young child, when Mom would tell us to make sure we had a colorful plate of food whenever we sat down at the dinner table.
Most people think it is really difficult to eat well balanced meals, but it is as simple as Mom said. You need to make sure you have a large variety of foods, mostly raw ones! Our bodies weren't designed to function properly from a lot of cooked foods. Cooking destroys the nutrients contained in the food! For example, garlic contains an ingredient called Allicin that is good for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, killing bacteria within the body and lots of other health benefits. When you cook garlic, the Allicin is destroyed, so all you're getting is the garlic flavor, but you aren't getting the benefits of what is contained in the garlic.
Over time, I decided to get involved in reading more information about living a healthier lifestyle with all that was created for us on the third day. Since that time, I have watched society try to determine what is considered good for us and what is not. The majority of individuals living in the Western World actually believe that prescription medications are better for us rather than what nature provides us!
Humans have been using ancient techniques for helping the body heal itself for eons! Now we live in the Industrial Age and Scientists have been trying to reinvent the wheel. Everything they have been doing in the labs to create new products for curing any illness, still has to start out with what has already been here for eons.
It's time to go back to nature before all the side effects from the man made products causes any more damage!
