Yes, I love reality shows: Survivor, Big Brother, Real World, What Not to Wear, Top Model, Rob & Big, Fear Factor, Pimp My Ride, Celebrity Fit Club, Trading Spaces, Queer Eye, Amazing Race (I'd like you'll to believe that I watch these shows, to better understand the mindset of those that would expose themselves to the world, so raw... but I'd be lying... it's not all that deep... lol! I just think these shows are hilarious). I love anything on PBS, History Channel, Discovery Channel, Food Channel & A&E. I enjoy Jeopardy & Wheel of Fortune. The Cosby Show will always be a favorite. Keeping Up Appearances & Eastenders (BBC). Shows from the past that I've enjoyed: My So-Called Life, Degrassi High, Twilight Zone (I've seen each episode too, too many times), Courtship of Eddie's Father, New Zoo Review, Creature Feature, Wonderama, Magic Garden & Electric Company. Also, being a big kid at heart, I still love all the old Christmas, claymation specials: Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (my heart went out to Rudolph, they didn't have to hate like that, what's wrong with a little red nose...lol!). JESUS! My ancestors and forefathers. Pioneers & grass-roots soldiers. People who are true to themselves & follow their own hearts & minds. Working class folks. Lovers and fighters of greater causes. Everyday people who make mistakes, but rectify them. Inventors. Scientists. Doctors. Teachers. Single working parents (moms & dads). Loving adoptive and foster parents/families. People who truly love children & work towards the enrichment of their lives. People who love and care for animals. People who live life to the fullest.***** My parents are my heroes and my role models. Together, they raised six children. Not an easy task, but they've always loved & respected each other and taken their vows seriously. They've always been smart, resourceful, responsible parents...I never saw my father take a day off from work, he got up and went...no excuses! With this as an example, I have a great work ethic. My mother ran the house, like a well oiled ship and also worked outside the home for many years. I'm blessed to have always had a place to call home, a loving environment filled with family and friends...full of warmth and lots of laughter. September 14, 2005 was Ma and Dad's 50th Wedding Anniversary ...what wondrous love is this, oh my soul!
