Hi, My name is Laurie. I am a singer songwriter looking for people in the industry to help me in putting my lyrics into song demos. I am not a musician nor do I play any instruments. I strictly write the words and most of them come with a melody, it's just I would have to record me singing them. I do not write sheet music.

Influences: Family, friends,,life experiences and the love for music in general. I have listened to all types of music from Country to Rock to Jazz, you name it I have listened to it. There have been so many great artists that have influenced my writing..Karen Carpenter,Faith Hill,Shania Twain,Celine Dion,Barbara Streisand,Karen Carpenter,Barry Manilow,Carly Simon are just to name a few. The list goes on and they have all played a major roll in my life.
