Anyone who is interested in the social nature of sound.FROM: TULIP ROSEhi everone i got to iraq on the 7th of apr on the way in to iraq 1 of
the c130 aircraft had a rpg fired at it eveyone was ok but it was a bit
of a rocky flight it is so hot ( 120f ) today the 12th apr.
we have had 6 days to get used to the heat for the 1th & 2sed day we
just sat around then the next 4 days we was doing pt/shooting and
lessons.
We are moving to al amara on the he 13/04/04 .
have to get up at 5am and webe flying out by C130 it will take about
30min i think .
On the 15/4/04 at 1700hrs QRL take over me troop 6 th troop are doing
QRF as from 1700hrs it is a right mess the radio just about wark the
vehicles are shit they need alot of wark on them we are going on on our
1ts patrol at 19.30hrs and more all night feints at about 12the next day
i was so f**k we then just as we are about to go to bed we get call out
SHIT!!!!!
there is lots more to tell you but i cannot i have bin shoot at about 3
times had stones thone at us and the camp as bin mortared ever night .
today is the 19.04.04 and we are going to get the iraqes tonight we are
looking for the men who are mortaring us thay we get it and to im off
to Q8 to pick up 23 fall vehicles
speak soon back in about september for 2 weeks .
that's about it i will send some photos as soon as i can .ps the shit is hitting the fan out here so im have lots of fun.MRS. TULIP ROSE.
