The Anthem was formed in late 2004 with hope of creating music that would combine emotional elements of modern post hardcore with energy of youth crew style. The band shared stage with some well known groups such as, Vitamin X, Down To Nothing, Crime In Stereo, Go It Alone, Allegiance, Cold World, Justice and recorded its first and last demo. While its existence the band was supporting vegetarian lifestyle and DIY philosophy. Now we wish to thank everyone who has ever supported us, believed in us and came to our shows.
