About Me

Rather than try and make a cheesy profile that either makes me look like a dork (too late), or is very self promoting, instead I'm just gonna put a list of words that people have used to describe me at one point--good and bad. Most of them are accurate to a certain degree, some of them of course are the result of strange circumstances. Ok here goes:Smart, funny, honest, open, loyal, laid back, moody, dark, mysterious, odd, random, different, perceptive, mature, witty, boring, analytical, quiet, organized, OCD, predictable, neurotic, observant. Stubborn, shy, casual, unique, cranky, spoiled, complicated, humble, thinker, cute, ugly, sad, cynical, logical, good listener, non-judgmental, friendly, introspective.... why don't you get to know me so we can add more to the list.I'm just an ordinary guy looking to expand my circle of friends. Don't let the pictures scare you off; I do have a pretty wild side to me, and am willing to to try anything for a laugh. But the people who know me know that I'll do anything and everything for people who matter to me.So if I sound like someone you'd like to talk to and get to know, don't be afraid to say hi. I've got all the major instant messengers, so go ahead and ask me for my screen name....I dare you :-P

My Interests

I have the typical interests of a 29 year old male. Bars/clubs, concerts, casinos, beaches, going boating, movies, hanging out, being a bum, playing pool, tattoos, playing poker, holding intelligent conversations, holding not so intelligent conversations, people watching, yada, yada, yada.

I'd like to meet:

I'm just looking to meet new people, it doesnt matter if you are local or not. I like people who are down to earth, and have a good sense of humor and can go with the flow. I'm not interested in people who are stuck up or self centered. If you request to add me and I don't hear from you within a week, you will be deleted. If I request you to be my friend its because I want to know you, I'm NOT just trying to pad my list and look cool. I know I'm not cool! If you annoy me by posting 70 bulletins a day about nothing, you'll be deleted. If you're a band, I'm not interested. If you email me and tell me I look better without a beard, or to make fun of my red shiny shirt you will be ignored, I didnt ask for your opinion and I don't care about it. TOOL, A Perfect Circle, Deftones, Pete Yorn, Alice in Chains, Beastie Boys, Soundgarden, and Beck...those are the bands I'm passionate about, but I can listen to almost anything else...within reason

Movies:

Swingers, Very Bad Things, Go!, Bad Santa, Made, JFK, Memento, Usual Suspects, The Shining Fight Club, Snatch, the original 3 Muppet movies, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, U-Turn, The Departed, Borat

Television:

Family Guy, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Entourage, Bill Maher, Conan, PTI, Mr. Show, Arrested Development, Will and Jay, Californication, and anything on the History Channel.

Books:

I don't have any favorites, but my book preference is biographies, I love to learn about history and people. Ya, I'm a dork.

Heroes:

Anyone who pushes the envelope. Anyone who encourages people to think for themselves, and expand their minds. People who don't care what others think, and are themselves.
