MIMICRY (new Song up!)

For quite a long time, we were a more or less undefined Band project, nameless at that time. The first fixed Line-Up consisted of Stephie at the Drums, Roman and Dani on guitars, Martina playing the bass and vocalist daNi. With that Line-Up, we started conquering Switzerland’s Club-scene. We gained a very positive reputation within not much more than a blink of an eye in the Swiss Hardcore – Scene.
After a year or so, already the next Line-Up-Change occurred: Martina founded her own business and left the band to fully take care of it. In the person of Dave, a life-long friend of Roman and Stephie, the perfect man to fill the gap was found! With our new member, we finally found our own and unique style, a perfect blend of classic Hardcore-Sound, tuned up with heavy and hard as fuck mosh parts and daNi’s metal-influenced voice. Denying all the current trends like crying emo or “sweet” guitar-melodies, we always focused on our main target: “Straight To Your Face” – with no mercy and no exceptions.
In this unbeatable condition, we had the chance to share the stage with bands like Heaven Shall Burn, Walls Of Jericho, Sworn Enemy, 25 Ta Life, Born From Pain, Misery Speaks or Killing The Dream and of course with a lot of Bands from the whole country! For sure, after gigs with these well known Bands, a record couldn’t be anything but the logic follow-up.
In spring 2008 We entered the “Dynamo Soundlab”-Studios together with our friend Jerry, who took the responsibility for the output! So, as a result, we gained the interest of Sums Records and Switzerland’s most important Hardcore/Punk-Distributor LeechRedda. Being in that comfortable situation, we decided not to decide, but to share: Sums Records took over the responsibility for the promotion and will also help us out with the booking, while LeechRedda do what they do best: To distribute.
At this point, not forget to mention all the bands our friends and all the people who supported us in anyway so far! A big THANK YOU to ALL of YOU, for what you do or did!!! It means everything to us.
So far so long, the best is yet to come!
