Be Innovative, Take Charge of New Ideas.

About Me

Known as the strong and silent one...Being a former Military Policemen (MP/SRT) meant that I had to be physically, and more importantly mentally conditioned to work in various conditions in a moments notice. I believe that a positive attitude and determination are two qualities that are essential in reaching any type of goal. My 10-years of active duty Army service taught me about setting goals and having the discipline to achieve those goals. I have been personal training for 11+ years. I am the founder and director of fitness for Combat Athletics Group, training military, law enforcement, fire personnel, and fitness enthusiasts. ----- In addition, I have been a member of Jay Johnson's Boot Camp Fitness (the Official Fitness Sponsors of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders) for nearly 2-years. My training philosophy; the entire body should be functionally developed as a whole rather than individual body parts. I am always striving to be different, creative, and innovative in my training. I cannot help but to push myself to be the best in whatever I do. And, I demand the same from my clients and boot campers. Teaming up with Jay, and his wife Lin has truly been a blessing...Not to mention working with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders! (lol)
