I'm Denise Mulder, 34 years old and living in the Netherlands.Together with fitness professionals I've developed a fitnessprogram that is being offered in a large number of healthclubs and universities' sportscenters in my homecountry.

In Pole fitness we use techniques from traditional poledancing routines, as well as techniques originating from gymnastics. The result is a high impact workout, that’s unlike any previous fitness exercise!. Where other training methods mainly focus on one particular muscle group, during a Pole fitness session a large variety of muscles is trained.
Because the pole techniques are presented in an accessible and entertaining way, you will be able to perform spectacular spins around the pole after only a few weeks of training.
In training the techniques, the strength and muscular endurance is greatly improved of a large variety of muscles, not only in your abdomen, buttocks, but also the biceps, triceps, shoulders etc.
An essential part of a Pole Fitness workout is Gogo Aerobics; training a gogodance choreography in an aerobics-style workout. Each lesson, a part of the dance is trained and at the end of every program you will be able to perform a complete choreo-graphy.
The lessons are made by Marcel Wigman of the Gogo academy in Amsterdam, a choreographer well known for his work with Dutch artists and dancegroups.
