hi,i'm Rene and at this moment i'm the bass player in band called "soultown" (www.soultown.eu) the band is playing a lot of soul and funk of the 80. and at the moment i do some gigs with L'ROOT check it out (ww.myspace.com/leroot if u have a chance to see us play...DO SO...u won't regret it.i,m playing bass from the early eighties, and my first band was called "the satyrs" after a while i switched over to a band called Emphis, then Shuffle then pick up the pieces then PURE then wagawa and at last soultown.as u can see i have a jay dee bass, and is signed by Mr.Mark king himself. this was really one of my luckiest days in life. also i have a StatusII bass what i like very much too (for the insiders, it has a graphite neck). on stage the sound is comming out from a trace elliot 4100 smx 2x10" combo and a 4X10" 1048H speaker cabinet. it's already some old stuff but i still like it very much and the sound is just how i like it the most ...super clean... last but not least i also use a Boss me50b multi effect..cya..
