About Me

We Are Currently In The Studio Putting The Finishing Touches On Our Demo.
There is older music of ours to be heard on the Liquid Stone Website http://liquidstoneband.com/
Liquid Stone was formed in South Florida in the late 1990's by members Scott Feldmann (Vocals), John Crosby (Guitar), Craig Vowels (Guitar), Rob Potter (Drums), and Craig Van Nest (Bass Guitar). Shortly thereafter, Liquid Stone began performing live shows mostly in the Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach areas. But have since expanded into Miami and have played as far north as Jacksonville. Rumor has it, Orlando is next on the list.
It's no surprise that the band quickly developed a loyal following of fans in a short period of time due to their aggressive onstage performances, and a unique sound which blends melodic tones with a "Hard-Edged" "Old-School" approach to ROCK music.
The band's resume of venues consist of, but are not limited to...
...The Culture Room, The Factory, Ovation, The Surf Cafe, Broadway Billiards, Gumwrappers, Tobacco Road, Churchills Pub, and Freebirds.
Liquid Stone has performed with artists such as...
...Slaughter, Saigon Kick, Vince Neil, Dee Snyder, and the legendary Blue Oyster Cult. They have also performed with nationally recognized tribute bands Smokin (a tribute to Boston) and Battery (a tribute to Metallica). The band has also competed in several "Battle of the Bands" contests that have left Liquid Stone dominating the competition.
The band has recorded TWO self produced CD's, The self titled debut "Liquid Stone" and their current release "Resonator". They are presently working on new material for the next CD with their newest members, Tick, (Bass Guitar) and Marcus Eberling, (Drums).
There have been several member changes on Bass and Drums over the years, but each time the band has come back stronger and sounding even better with the new influences. Currently, this band has an energy level that leaves audiences both stunned and amazed that finally a new band with a new sound has arrived to breathe life back into the rock scene.
From the moment Liquid Stone takes the stage, they captivate the audience with songs you can sing to, guitar solos that grab you, and yes, even ballads that make you feel something. This band is destined for greatness, and is actively seeking world wide recognition. So if your looking for the next big thing, stay tuned, cuz Liquid Stone is comin at ya!!!

Influences: The band's collective influences are too varied to mention here. We would have to say that all of us have "Old School" Rock influences which tend to bleed through into our performances. We are trying to revive the lost art of the guitar solo that seems to be missing in a lot of mainstream rock today. Now, with the addition of Tick who plays a 5 string Bass, maybe we can expect some Bass solo's in the near future. ;-)
Sounds Like: A few of the bands that we have been compared to are... Metallica, Creed, Iron Maiden, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. It's certainly a pleasure to be compared to bands of thier caliber, but we feel we have a unique sound. You be the judge.
Record Label: currently unsigned and hoping for our "Big Break"
