DJ SHERIFF (DAHAB) :-Full Name :- Sherif khalil El-sayed *I was born in the city of Portsaid (Bur’saeed),north of EGYPT ,by the mediterranean sea. *In 1996 i finished my highschool,went to universty,which i wasnt taking care of,cos of my desire to go travelling and working......only around EGYPT at least *In 1998 in the bedouin city of dahab in south sinai,i came to be in my first trance party,which gave me and showed me another aspect of music that may be influnced all my life till now !! *Finished a PADI DiveMaster course in 2003,where i started a new life style,and one of best times of my life till now.My life was diving in the morning,and going to the club or staying home listening to music in the evening !! *In 2004 met my lovely wife,until i moved to live in moscow in 2005,where it was very hard to feel any of the minimum peace of mind that i had in egypt. but,life went on,and i could only maintain one of my relaxing ways,which is the music,the people,the happy crowd ... It was in 2006 when i went to some club,and it was a trance afterparty,and i met there with (DJ Scott),where he was playing there,then it came to happen that he’s living in the same square where i’m living,and during the way,i knew that he has a DJ school,where i decided to join the classes there,to understand the music,to learn the stuff that i havent had the chance to practice,even to think about... *After learning there i started to mix some chillout,some trance,lounge music,and some house as well !! *Played in some parties in Moscow since that time,now i’m doing more practice to get used to vinyls,and getting more familiar with digital music mixing and composing programs. *Now i’m working hard to achieve my first step on the way to get "The DAHAB TRANCE project" .which i have the idea,but still havent been able to achieve some of it....Dreams,need hard work in the hard daily life to make them come true *My target at the moment is to get done with my first album by spring-summer 2008,which i’m planning it to be in Goa-Trance and Ambient style,rich with the sounds of egypt,it’s sea,villages,people,cities,pharaos,rebels..........and wholly blessed by the Soul of Dahab.....that u need to feel,only by yourself,and u can never feel it with your ears.....and hope i’ll do it in similar way through the music that i beleive,it can get u the fully trance we -all musicians and music lovers- are all trying to find........so,wish me good luck,and hope i’ll be able to satisfy your soul wishes of a state of trance and peace of,both,mind and souls... *Thanks for reading......c u soon,In The CLub ...
