The power blues and latin funk trio of Second Hand Soul unveil a new project, a Carlos Santana tribute they call SOUL SACRIFICE, the title of one of Santana's most haunting songs.
The members of SOUL SACRIFICE are emotional and passionate musicians - the sound of blues and soul pulses through their veins. Each has their own personal religious experience with music, thriving off the very essence of a musical note.
All three gentlemen have a lengthy history in music as well as with each other, which creates an incredibly harmonic three piece ensemble. Add the music of Santana to the mix and a true harmonic convergence is formed. The supernatural in sonic vibrations is achieved in the mystical magic of SOUL SACRIFICE.

Influences: All three band members are influenced by some of the most legendary artists... artists who have not only set the foundation for the musicians that perform in this band, but also the foundation of the blues, soul, and rock music that we have today. Here are some of the band's personal influences:
Edward Raso - Jimi Hendrix, Eric Johnson, Frank Zappa.
Paul Pruitt - Paul McCartney, Geddy Lee, Flea, Boatsy Collins.
Bill Martin - Max Roach, Jimmy Cobb, Charles Connor, George Edward, "Butch" Ballard, Johnny Bee.
