I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Between, work, classes, and home, it's a crazy life. In my spare time I write--usually fiction, occasionally non-fiction; it all depends on my mood. There are lots of goals to meet, but they'll come in time. Hanging out with my friends is always a good time. Interests? Yes. Lots of interests: reading, writing, playing DND, running/jogging, walking, movies, games, etc. I plan to try some sports in the great outdoors before long: kayaking, skiing, pretty much anything that sounds like fun. Family is 1st. My two girls are my world. The beautiful Baby Bobblehead is now a whopping 15 months old and Princess Peanut is 6--both are the light of my life. Time flies. It seems only yesterday Princess P was just a baby. Where oh where does the time go? To my sweet friend, Donna: I'm here... finally. :-)To all: Don't forget to post me a note sometime. Have a great day and keep smiling!Myspace Graphics

You Are Rain
You can be warm and sexy. Or cold and unwelcoming.
Either way, you slowly bring out the beauty around you.
You are best known for: your touch
Your dominant state: changing What Type of Weather Are You?
Your Element Is Water
A bit of a contradiction, you can seem both lighthearted and serious.
That's because you're good at going with the flow - but you also are deep.
Highly intuitive, you tune in to people's emotions and moods easily.
You are able to tap into deep emotional connections and connect with others.
You prefer a smooth, harmonious life - but you can navigate your way around waves.
You have a knack for getting people to get along and making life a little more peaceful. What's Your Element?

My Interests

Writing, writing, writing. I could tell you ALL about ME--but that would be a very short book. HA HA HA! My interests involve my family, friends, writing, DND, music, anything fun and entertaining. Comedy is nice. I enjoy a good laugh.

I'd like to meet:

Me, Myself, and I. No, not really. I've already met myself. And as for Me and I, well, they're just a bore. :-) Who would I really like to meet? Interesting people. I'd like to meet other writers or those within the industry, anyone who likes science fiction, fantasy, dark fantasy, horror, etc. I always find it interesting to meet people that share some of my interests. Be funny if you like, but be yourself.

Music:

Music! I like a W I D E variety and I don't mean that lightly. Anything from country to rock to alternative to 80s/90s, some oldies, etc.I listen to Audioslave, the Eagles, Sugar Ray, Enigma, Howie Day, Savage Garden, and pretty much anything else I can get my hands on.

Movies:

Ok, don't laugh at the kiddie titles:I love Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter series, Cat In the Hat, The Net, Gone in 60 Seconds, Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean, Hannibal, Troy, The Mummy, anda plethora of others.

Television:

CSI/NCIS/Numbers/Ghost Whisperer! My newest favorite show is Moonlight on CBS Friday nights. Love it!! Occasionally I also watch Desperate Housewives. Gray's Anatomy--if I'm up that late and have the time to watch it.

Books:

A good fantasy or horror novel, occasionally mainstream fiction. Once in a while I like romance, but not the mushy stuff with the story focusing just on the romance and pretty much nothing else, that bores me. Now, mix it with another genre and I'm game. I'm open to new genres, things I haven't read yet. Anyone got a suggestion? A good book you've read and liked? Let me know.

Heroes:

I am my own hero. I love me! Yes! It's all about little 'ol me! Stop laughing--I make the rules as I go. Ok, so maybe I'm a bit of a clown. My true heroes are my family and friends....all of them.
