I desire to become the best at whatever I engage in, whether it's at work or at play. For work, creating solutions to compelx problems, becoming a better listener/observer, to avoid becoming entrenched and indoctrinated into the mediocrity that lurks in bureaucracy and permeates and pollutes society. To rise to any challenge before me, no matter how difficult or daunting. To think critically and always have an open mind.My playtime interests generally translate into work. Afterall, your work should be play! I love living a healthy lifestyle, eating and training for bodybuilding shows. I am of Omaha and Shoshone/Bannock descent. I conduct community outreach to various American Indian communities throughout the USA, serving in the capacity as educator of health, fitness, educational opportunities, and career choices. As a lifelong athlete, I truly love training hard and heavy every day and eating right. Nothing beats hard exercise to beat stress and defy ageing!I also enjoy developing new content for my websites, www.gladiatorgirl.com and www.buffmuff.com. I am a former American Gladiator on the live show in Orlando, Florida. Bodybuilding and developing my websites are two other "full time jobs" that I would not give up for anything, as I am very passionate about them.

I enjoy anything with soul. Meaning that the music must move me in some way. I really love exotic, world music, that takes me away to foreign lands, and evokes images of people of the world, their dance, culture, and religion. This could be anything from Reggae to East Indian vocals, chants, drums, pianos, Middle Eastern, any percussion and other exotic instruments. If the music is not mainstream, I am into it. I enjoy eclectic mixes of World music, particularly the Buddha Bar series. I also enjoy Sade, her voice is so melodic and throaty, and also Nina Simone, a very powerful voice.
I am not much of a moviegoer, since I do not have time, but my all time favorite is Gladiator for Rusell Crowe's depiction of leadership. I love the line he told his army "What we do in life echoes in eternity", and dozens of other great lines that inspire the warrior spirit.
I do not watch regular televison programs. Mainly I leave it on for the news. I will watch something on HBO every once in a while, the history channel and bizarre shows like autopsy, 90210, extreme makeovers, or other documentary or human interest program.
I read a variety of books from American Indian spirituality and religion, Buddhism, and psychological and sociological books really interest me, such as Daniel Goleman's "Emotional Intelligence".
My parents for adopting me and giving me the opportunity to become "me".
