About Me

First of all, everyone should subscribe to my blog!!! I chew Big Red gum, eat sushi, watch old Samurai movies, and read (a lot). I love music and believe that it can set you free. I drink tea; hot, cold, iced, sweet, unsweet, but absolutly no lemon (I like tea). I'm really tight with my family, because they're stuck with me. I can win a fight without throwing a punch. I can juggle. One of my all time favorite movies is "Xanadu" (because ELO fucking rocks and Olivia Newton John is still a hottie). I actually like algebra. My favorite part of "Steel Magnolias" was when Julia Roberts died. I sacrifice sleep to read. I can shuck my own oysters and have my own alfredo recipie (I'm an ex-chef). I don't do much except work. People who confuse "there", "their", and "they're", need to be put out of my misery, along with people who can't/won't park correctly.

You should create your own MySpace Layouts like me by using nUCLEArcENTURy .COM's MySpace Profile Editor !

My Interests

I listen to music, read, drink, and play hard.
I'm the coach for the Green Country Roller Girls. Check them out here: www.greencountryrollergirls.com.
Groundfighting and Submissions/MMA; My previous martial arts experience was mostly in Judo and Tae Kwon Do but I like this much better than other disciplins.
I write, nothing in particular, I just write.

I'd like to meet:

Any MySpace friends that I have yet to meet in person. The sorry SOB who hacked my shit. Other crazy people... Below, you'll find some of my most favorite people in the world, and I have excellent taste...

Music:

Almost anything except New Wave Country, Soul, R&B, and Hip Hop. I have an unhealthy fascination for Frank Zappa, Pink Floyd, and most electronic dance music. I also have an unhealthy amount of old school, truckdriver country (on vinyl) that's great for mixing and sampling (or listening to if I feel the need).

Movies:

B-movies, Foreign Films (kung-fu flicks count, don't they...j/k), anime, and just about anything that's worth watching. A quick list of favorites
Pirate movie: The Black Swan
Monster/Horror Movie: Dead Alive
Musical(-ish): Shine
Drama: Once Were Warriors
Foreign Film: City of Lost Children
Biographical/Historical: Quills (yes, Geoffry Rush, again)
Comedy: The Big Lebowski
Action: Hard Boiled
Sci-Fi: Dune (even though Lynch should be beaten to death for not following the book).

Television:

"Heroes"...I never miss it, don't even suggest to me that I should do something else on Monday nights between eight and nine in the evening...because all I'm doing is watching "Heroes", don't expect me to answer my phone, walk out of the room, go to the bathroom...I don't miss "Heroes". If the house is on fire, I'm not leaving until the commercial break, at which point I will go somewhere else to watch "Heroes". Want to watch something else? Well, something else will be .. "Heroes". Touch the TV, you may live to regret it...

Books:

Orson Scott Card, David Gemmell, Hunter S Thompson, Michael Slade, John Le Carre, Phillip K Dick, Tom Robbins, Harry Harrison, Douglas Adams, and Robert Heinlein to name a few of my favorite authors. I freely admit to reading Harry Potter books. I also read a lot of Biographies and study Military History for my own amusement. Stephen "Too Damn Much Descriptive Narrative" King should be beaten with a stick and all of his fans should be taken out and shot before they breed. The same goes for Anne "Can't finish a story to save her life." Rice (although her husband, Stan, was an amazing artist and a really nice guy).

Heroes:

Richard Marcinko, David H Hackworth, and Tucker Max. Those who know, know why.
