About Me

~ Doug Hendrix has been kicking around in and out of the music business for 35 years now and fingerpicking for 38. As a singer- songwriter with a distinct signature sound he's played to audiences large and small, from concert venues to small churches and everything in between. Most of that on and off career has been spent playing in acoustic duos with lots of soaring harmonies and intricate fingerstyle backings. After many years off, taking care of responsibilities and working a real job, Doug has spent the last 7 years returning to his original love: solo fingerpicking. ~
