About Me

Hey I'm Nathan, some people call me Nat. I love playing & listening to music. My friends, laughing, having a good time. All the usual things! Music is such a great way to portray emotions and passion, there's so much good music out there in all genres that it's a hard task to not find something you can connect with. I'm a drummer, percussionist and a pianist. I spend quite a lot of my time playing music, in England, Europe and the USA.
Apparently I smile a lot.
I have gotta say, that if you work hard enough you can accomplish your dreams. Be creative and persevere! There's so much I want to be doing and I know if I keep trying then I will be there. Do your practise!!!
I also like.. cooking good food.. cool bars.. martial arts..

Music. Great food. Cooking. Martial arts. All of the beautiful places in the world. ITALY!!! Nashville!!!

Music:

Everything! Rock, pop, funk, jazz, RnB (in both senses), Country, MOTOWN, BABY! Reggae, Latin/afro-cuban, Live drum'n'bass, Classical. Anything that inspires/moves me.

Movies:

Green Mile, Oceans 11, All the Saw films.. Loads of horrors, too many films to list..

Television:

Prison Break (incredible), Spooks! Neighbours, Family Guy a bit. Any of Gordon Ramsay's programmes.. Anything with Ricky Gervais.. 'Extras' is genius..

Heroes:

Drumming-related: Steve Jordan (funkiest man alive - listening to some of his playing puts a huge smile on my face :D), Steve Gadd, JJ Johnson!!!, Zig Modeliste, ?uestlove, Elvin Jones, Ralph Salmins (most professional guy I've met), John Bonham, Ian Thomas, JoJo Mayer (this guy can PLAY!!!!!) Loads of the modern RnB/gospel drummers. Teddy Campbell! Any musician with great feel and passion! And my Dad is very cool.
