Manatee is a Blues/Rock/Reggae band from Aurora Ontario. Formed in 2007, the linup consists of Aaron (vocals, rhythm guitar), Crispin (vocals, lead guitar), Bruce (bass), and Paul (vocals, drums). They haved played private parties, and venues such as the Filly and Firkin, TK’s restaurant and pub, Charlie Fitz Whiskeys, and the Cue Zone.
Aaron Morris -
Aaron has studied Musical Industry Arts, and General Arts and Sciences at Fanshaw College in London Ontario. He has worked as a Sound and Light Technician for the ArtSpace Theatre in Peterborough. He has spent 15 years writing and recording his own material. His work has appeared on an Amnesty International CD entitled ’Voices Rising’.
Crispin Pedler -
Crispin has received a Higher Diploma w/ Distinctions for Music granted by Middlesex University. He is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist, writes music software, and is the creator of www.freemusicsoftware.org.
Bruce Ewart -
Bruce has been playing guitar and bass from a young age, and has been a member of a Kiss tribute band.
Paul Mason -
Paul is the current administrator of a Jam in Oak Ridges, and the Harlem Lounge in Toronto. He has many years experience playing with various percussion groups and bands throughout Canada and England. Paul is also an accomplished Songwriter, Bass and Guitar player.
