Hmm.. I was born Marston Daley and grew up on Cape Cod during the 70's where I spent most of my time crusing in my '72 Cutlass convertible, skipping school and going to the beach all day, then hitting the discos in Ptown at night. I moved to Boston in '79 where I spent a semester at Berlkee College, but that proved worthless at the time. I picked up the guitar & bass and began playing in a few local Beantown 80's bands - most namely "Zero-Zero" and "GodBox". I then moved back and forth across the country quite a few times, finally planting myself in my new adopted hometown of Chicago in ’87. There I began working on the project “My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult” along with my co-conspirator, Groovie Mann. I took the alias of "Buzz McCoy", and started writing and producing albums with really no idea of what I was doing, and really still don’t. The band was originally signed to indie label Wax Trax Records, but now the entire TKK catalog is currently licensed through Rykodisc. I continue to record and tour extensively with the band. I moved around the USA some more during the 90's (the restless soul that I am), only to end up in San Francisco (1997) where I opened a bar & grill in the Mission district called "Sacrifice" (1998-2003). I have also worked on some soundtrack music and have contributed to a variety of cult oriented films including "Showgirls", "Cool World" , "Nowhere" and "The Crow". I currently reside in Los Angeles where I continue to write new TKK material and occassionally do some soundtrack and remix work. I'm also in the process of developing my own solo project... so stay tuned!
