So ya wanna know what makes me tick? Music, concerts/shows, self expression, roadtrips, photography, thrift store shopping /flea markets, nature, daydreaming, star gazing, having midnight margarita's with the girls, thunder and lightning storms, Pad Thai with tofu, playing guitar, singing in the shower, fungi hunting (it's not what you think!), yoga, art, singing kareoke at redneck bars, cooking, poetry, quotes, jotting down a little bit of this and a little bit of that in my journal, zines(making a zine is really new to me but it has been a lot of fun), Peta, Greenpeace, Henna, skinny dipping, dancing in the rain, candles, burning incense (nag champa), foriegn films, loud noises, the smell of gun powder, sweaty palms,psychology/sociology, the earthy smell of patchuoly, good conversation, laughter, lillies, rhododendrons, sunshine, the trickling sound of rain on a window pane, ocean mist, mountains, going barefoot etc...
Anyone and everyone! I would loved to have met Dian Fossey. Vegetarians/vegans, artsy, funny, eccentric etc. Intelligent peolple who REALLY have something to say. People who are big geeks and are not afraid to embrace the geek from within. This is by far,the most hilarious people to hang out with.

Without sounding completely generic...I LOVE MUSIC!!! The record store is truly ones best friend. It's hard to condense it down to one specific sound, beat or groove. Music for me,is really all about the moment. Whether it be a song you hear during a really great kiss, being alone discovering a sound that is new to you while lost in your own thoughts, cleaning house on a rainy day(Edith Piaf is great for this by the way)or just laughing with the souls that are closest to yours. Some of my favs are...Belle and Sebastian, Beck, Bjork, Brian Eno, Bowie, ColdPlay, Fiona Apple, Edith Piaf, Coco Rosie,Iron and Wine, Mazzy Star, Nick Cave, Nico, The Ramones, Roxy Music, Sex Pistols, The Shins, Simon and Garfunkel, Fischerspooner, Thrill Kill Kult, Okay,Psychic T.V., The Velvet Underground, Violent Femmes, Battery Cage, Beastie Boys, Apoptygma Berzerk, Aphex Twin, CombiChrist,Beatles, Skies Fallen, Sigur Ros, Blondie, Pink Floyd, Goldfrapp, Joni Mithchell, Morcheeba, The Album Leaf, The Horror Pops, Devil Doll, The Cramps, The Gore Gore Girls,Space Vacuum(from outer space) Kula Shaker, Pixies, The Dresden Dolls, Crooked Finger,Love County, Woody Guthrie, David Gray, Rage Against The Machine, Johnny Cash, Modeski, Martin + Wood, The Cars, T-Rex, Shirley Bassey, Broken Social Scene, OMD, Tones On Tail, To be continued.....
