I can sum it up in a few words: We're Going to Get Hungry... & We're Going to Forget Our Manners

About Me

I'm currently in a prolific state of mind here in the studio. I'm working on a silk-screening project right now (among other things). I conceive and design all my projects including custom photography. I am in competition with no one but myself. I am rife with passion for life & all its subtlties. I'm also an advocate of animal welfare. It's a really good feeling being part of something larger than Myself.I was born in NYC and transplanted to L.A. at a very young age. I began drawing almost right away. My parents noticed that I had considerable skills in art. They encouraged me. I grew up watching cartoons, animated films, reading comic books and graphic novels. One day I was flipping through the television channels and came across some really eye catching animation. Its origins were Japanese. I stopped to watch and was hooked. From then on, I was a devotee of Japanese anime. I developed an acute interest in SCI Fi artwork, comics and stories. I eventually began to draw my own characters. My talents as a performer and especially as a graphic artist, were recognized. I graduated from a L.A.U.S.D. Performing Arts Magnet Center. This fueled my creativity. I received a lot of encouragement from Friends & Teachers.I independently generated an Underground Comic Book during this time. It was sold through mail order and at the Golden Apple, (the largest and most popular SCI Fi / Comic Book store in Los Angeles). It had a moderate following that attracted several fans. I conceived, illustrated and produced this project entirely independent of any adult, or other assistance.
My early commissions for friends confirmed my eccentric artistic mission. I masterfully captured several requests in various media & sizes. My first large painting was part of the National Arts Program Exhibition in L.A. The opening was at the Los Angeles River & Gardens. The painting was then relocated to a gallery within the Lankershim Arts Center in North Hollywood.

I have been active in many areas of Art Production & Illustration. My Creative Energy has No Limits. I am a Versatile, Multifaceted, Driven & Highly Motivated Graphic Artist. I have many years of experience in Design and the implementation of numerous projects. I recieved a Certificate in Graphic Design in 2004 from Los Angeles Valley College. I continue to Educate Myself and Grow.
