The Highspeed Heartaches

That Cat's so greasy, he glides when he walks...

About Me

The Highspeed Heartaches started out with a carburator rebuild on a '54 Bel Air four years ago....The car still doesn't run, but the music is running on all cylinders! Mixing influences from rockabilly, country, bluegrass, rock, jazz, and blues, The Highspeed Heartaches have the fuel, air, and ignition blend that has helped to establish them as a fast paced, action packed trio hailing from south Texas!
With one LP already out, The Highspeed Heartaches are currently working towards a second album that will be garaunteed to be just as 'billy packed as the first! Throughout the years, they have shared the stage with many great acts such as Matt Hole & The Hot Rod Gang, Chadd Thomas & The Crazy Kings, The Bop Kings, Cave Catt Sammy, and The Luxurious Panthers just to name a few.

Corpus Christi Caller Times Review...

The group mixes a fast, impatient style with a surf edge, pushing rockabilly to the limit.Start with the speed sort of anxious but more than that restless, prowling, on the make, like a chrome-armor...
