Hmmmm where do I start....Born and raised in the rotten apple,working and going to school (and for those that I talk to on a personal level I love yall! I'm just busy as all hell but I haven't forgotten about ya). I *LOVE* music, particularly anything with house or african influences, but I'm not limited to that. EXCEPT, all of this "lean wit it, rock wit it" and "chicken noodle soup" shit is pretty annoying now, I have to say. (Where has GOOD music gone!)I love meeting new people with *shared* common interests, cause to be blunt, if you aren't all there in the head, we really have no reason to speak. If you are under the age of 21 (or are under the age of 60 and still act like a jackass) we REALLY have no reason to speak.And if you are one of those people that aren't all there in the head and will ask me some silly ass question because you have nothing more intelligent to say, I'll answer it for you here::Yes, I am doing fine today. Yes, I have a job and go to school. No, I don't have any kids. No, I'm not interested in anything you have to offer. I believe the genre is electronic, house, or broken that I have recently fallen in love with, but mostly you will find me listening to Bugz in the Attic, Zoetic, 4hero, Vikter Duplaix, Cobi Jordin, Robert Glasper, Bilal, Goldenchild, Osunlade, Tortured Soul, Nomumbah, Wadud, Spacek,7 Zero, J Dilla (RIP), Tiombe Lockhart, Platinum Pied Pipers, Dwele, Slum Village, Frank n Dank, Big Tone, 14KT, anything mixed by Waajeed or Houseshoes, Jazzanova, DJ Kicks, Amp Fiddler, The Pharcyde, Raheem Devaughn, Amel Larrieux, Bahamadia, The Roots, Goapele, Akira, D'nell, Soulive, Erykah Badu, Dnell, Natalie Williams, Bilal Salaam, Marvin Gaye, Al Green, The Isley Brothers, Earth Wind & Fire, Fela Kuti, Ledisi, Mos Def, Jill Scott, Jamiroquai, De La Soul....but I also have to show love to a lot of the other people on here that are making their music and pursuing a career in doing so, it's not an easy thing to create something and then put it in the open where you leave yourself open to get negative feedback. So to all the cats on myspace trying to do the music thing, I love yall too!

Movies:

Anything 80's and I recently found out that I have a love of foreign films (I had to take a cinema class for school) and I am officially hooked now. So anyone that can recommend something, lemme know!

Television:

Gilmore Girls, Veronica Mars and Girlfriends. My 22 month old nephew also forces me to watch Calliou (better find out if you dont know!) and Sesame Street (which I actually enjoy, and I dont care what you think dammit)

Books:

Loaded question, I'll read almost anything

Heroes:

My Mommy!!! Because God knows, she has the hardest job there is, but she does it so well.
