WE ARE DOING A TOY DRIVE !!!
The Mettle call backs for all the toys have left the Children's hospitals
in dire need of toys for Christmas the toys will be separated between
LA and Madera Children's hospitals
The Children in the Heart unit will receive the
first of the toys and the rest will be given throughout the rest of the
hospitals ...
YOU MAY ASK WHY NOT BAKERSFIELD HOSPITALS ???
WELL THAT IS SIMPLE !! !!
children in Bakersfield and all over Kern County are taken to
Children's hospitals in Madera and La .. last year 1,489 children
from Kern County were treated in the LA Children's ALONE !!The Children in Children's Hospitals are not just sick with the flu .. or a broken leg .. these kids are terminally ill and for some this will be their last Christmas.. and the families are already financially strapped from all the bills that come with a very sick child.. they have had things like open heart surgeries, Cancer treatments or other diseases like Spinal bifida , Salable palsy or anything else you can think of ..
these 2 amazing hospitals save the lives of our children every day
any child with a Congenital Heart Defect must go to a Children's hospital
We do have a Heart Hospital here but they are in NO WAY prepared to
handle a CHD child they do not even have the medical equipment for a child's heart defect..
HOW SAD IS THAT !! ..
CHD children would die if left
in Bakersfield hospitals .. so we are helping the Children's hospitals that
our children rely on .
if you live in California and would like to help please call me ..we would love to have as many barrels for toys as possible if you think you know were we can put one in your town let me know ..
