5. a five foot world record setting indian and a teenage deliquint are responsible for giving me such awesome genes to work with.

7. my life is completely ruled by superstition. and dark caffienated beverages.
8. my personal calling is to bring chest hair back into vouge. your not down now, but you will be.
9. i can't focus on this because a boston terrier with two different color eyes is demanding that i partake in a serious game of "fetch".
10. i don't have anything prolific or astounding to say at the moment but given the right time and the right situation i can blow a mind or three.

the music. the existentialism. the 70's glam. the desert. the written word. the exotic foods. the bettie page. the stepping on the devil's tail. the seedy motels. the channeling of the spirits of old black men through the use of alcohol.

unique thinkers, people that have read a book in the last 3 months, people that aren't afraid to try new things, people that aren't afraid to make an ass out of themselves. people who dance. people that know what's in the six demon bag.

Music:

chris isaak. elvis. swans. nick cave and the bad seeds. t. rex. david bowie. neurosis. bee and flower. oxbow. mr bungle. most things from the 80's and early 90's, be it new wave or hair or whatever. queens of the stone age and anything else from the desert. c.aarmie and anything else swedish. melvins. classic rock. rockabilly. country. strange jazz. lounge music and indie.

Movies:

anything from the late 50's, wild at heart, creature from the black lagoon, crybaby, the kill bill movies, clint eastwood movies, big trouble in little china, noir movies, alejandro jodorowski movies, anything "awesomely bad".

Television:

i try not to watch it, but i am addicted to the nfl, vh1 classic, turner classic movies, and bad science fiction. oh, and aqua teen hunger force!

Books:

hermann hesse, charles bukowski, christopher moore, chuck palahniuck, hunter s. thompson, kafka, jack kerouac, william s. burroughs, kurt vonnegut, books on spiritulism, astrology, and strange folk tales.

Heroes:

anyone who is an uncompromised force of nature. anyone with swagger. my parents.
