Always creative, and musically attuned, she began her journey into the party scene at an early age. Clubbing at 15, in the thriving London Underground rave scene a regular at the drum n bass clubs and events, eventually getting into hip-hop in a big way. It wasn't until she began expressing herself musically as a DJ, that she knew she had truly found her life-long passion. Cutting her teeth in London clubs such as Lunasa, Sahara Nights, Boujis and 10 Room to name a few she headed out to L.A in 2003 for a brief period, before hitting Miami South Beach. Once in South Beach she worked her way up to playing at the top clubs and events,including residency’s at: Ink, Tantra, Post, Sobe Life, Score, Chelsea Hotel Lounge, Chesterfield Hotel Lounge, Joia, The Mark and South Seas Hotel Lounge. She also had guest spots at: Snatch, State, Penthouse Lounge, Teasers, Riande Hotel Lounge, Klub, Angel Ultra Lounge and Onda, as well as playing at K-Foxx (99 Jamz takeover show) calendar release party at Post , Guess Jeans/ Ocean Drive Magazine Party at Ink and the Miller Lite Music Tour 2006 departing party at MIA airport. Back in L.A Mary Jayne has had residency's at ICandy, Spider Club to name a few, despite the drama gotta keep it moving....... Putting out a mix-tape for NBA player Dale Davis WAR Entertainment label in Atlanta and launching Boujis Hour on Krib tv, interviewing artists and having them perform on a weekly show just annunciates the fact that she gives 100%, whether she is spinning in the club, in the studio or in front of the camera.It Makes no difference if its Hip-hop/ R&B/ Old School/ Reggae/Reggaeton/ Rock or Eighties, DJ Mary Jayne continues to thrive with a tight selection, flawless mixing and unbelievable energy.
